Who?

My full name is Víctor Kareh and I'm a software engineer with a passion for the web and open source.

What?

I work as an independent consultant for companies that either use or want to use Drupal.

Among the things I do are:

• Architecting full scale Drupal websites
• Finding the correct combination of modules for a specific functionality
• Customizing and extending existing modules
• Developing new custom modules

Why?

I have been doing Drupal development since early 2007. I've been working enough with it to know that the most sustainable way for both the developer and the client to be happy is to write your code in a standards-compliant way, and then contributing it back to the Drupal community.

Not only does this feel good, but it crowd-sources any potential bugs, puts you in touch with how the community is doing it, and gives you tons of feedback for new ideas and improvements.

My last name is pronounced Kahr-EH. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and now I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where I program Drupal modules, and do crazy projects and outdoorsy stuff with my wife.

I am an active Drupal user, a member of the Drupal Association, and I'm Certified To Rock!
