As much fun as it is too cook and travel, I realized that it was all about me. I cook the food that I like and eat it. I go to the places I want and enjoy them, then go on with my life. But what about other people? I'm fortunate enough that I can go to places and eat good stuff, but since not everyone has the means or the inclination to do so, I decided to share all about it.
